I ordered ugg boots from this company through facebook. I gave them my credit card details and address. I then went through the processing procedure and was told to wait 10 minutes, they would also e-mail me in 20 minutes and was told not to close this processing procedure down. I waited for over an hour and then closed it. There was no e-mail so I e-mailed them with the order number to ask if it had been processed. No reply, so today I phoned my bank to cancel it. The money had already been taken off. The bank asked me to phone back on Tuesday and see if I can get the money back. I have no cover on my credit card so don't know if this is possible.
