Hired this company to repair my 55" they were 6 hours late and brought the wrong parts. Warning message for the projection lamp came back on within 2 weeks and they refused to come out and told me to disconnect and reconnect the part myself that they would not send a tech to out for this even though it had been less than a month since the initial repair was completed. Within 4 months my television stopped working completely and when I called to have somebody come out to look at it since it was supposed to have a one year warranty I was told I needed to stop calling him and he hung up on me & refused to honor warranty!
