Advertisement on TV stated I had 14 day free trail. I rec'd product 7 days after I placed the order. I called to cancell the order on the 14th day. They said my 14 days was up 14 days from date of order, not when I rec'd it. I asked how cd I try it 14 days to see how it worked. They sd it was fast acting. & I wd not get refund.
