I ordered the Genie Bra as seen on TV. TV ad said this was not a sports bra, gives great support and shape. When I received the item yesterday I was dismayed to find that it is a sports bra that only the material of the genie bra is a bit softer. There is absolutely no support. The bra offeres no definition as was advertised. It is simply a soft covering for the intended area; not what was advertised as a comfortable bra with uplifting features.
When I spoke to "Kurt" in customer service he did not want to refund me the full amount of my bill ($97.91. $25.98 of that bill was for shipping and handling for a package that weighed less than 1 lb.) He offered to refund me $10.00 if I kept the bras. I said "no". Then he offered to credit my acct. The shipping/handling fees if I kept the bras. I declined. He did everything he could to avoid crediting my account for the full amount. I asked to speak to his manager. He did not transfer me. Eventually he told me he would credit my account for $71.63. This was the best deal I could get and I'm not even sure my account will be credited. There was no receipt or return form in the package. I received an email with a paper label for "Returning Merchandise". I feel this company is misrepresenting their product and return policy and they are scaming on the shipping and handling charges. I am well within the timeframe (60 days) for returning the product in exchange for a full credit refund.
