I order twelve dozens roses on line February. For the next 22 months Pro Flowers charge my debit card 11.97 with out my consent. I called them and they told me they would only refund me 143.64 over a period of 12 months. I am sure this has happen to others. They gave me a conformation #14457837. I think they should be penalize for this scam.
