I applied for a cash loan on 8/16 at CashLoan.com and filled out the information as requested. Saving Pays web page popped up and I closed the site without asking for anything.
Then I received the charge on my bank account, and the only way they could have gotten my identity was through the loan request application. This is identity theft.
I called up the company and asked for a refund they said they would within 30 days. Why when it took them six days to get mine would it take so long (I asked myself). So I tried to contact them via the web page shown on their check to my bank and it was listed as pmcclub.com with an account shown as (Personal Information Removed). That got me nowhere. I looked into it further and have found several reported complaints about this web page and that of savingpay club membership.
