So I was looking for a loan and this company called me and said that i was approved for up to 2,200 and asked me how much did I want. I said 2,000. I talked to Peter, the loan manager, and he said that all I had to do is get $260 and sent it to them via Western Union and they will send me the 2000. I told him I dont have that type of money right now and he said its a security deposit. I ended up getting the money from a friend but something in me was thinking this has got to be a scam. I called back and asked and he said it isnt a scam and that they need to the money to ensure that i wasnt going to run off with theirs. I told him i need an email sent to me stating our agreement and that if it wasnt a scam he should send me the money. He said he couldnt do that. I said if you are a credible company then it shouldnt be a problem. Peter gave me some lame excuse that it was friday and the documents have to be sent to me via mail. I told him i can wait for the documents. I even went as far as to read claims offline that i read about them. He just said if i think this is a scam then we need to end this conversation and I did. Noone should have to give up money to a loan company to get money. Thats not what a loan company is. Oh and he claims that that someone is using their company information to scam people. Yea right.
The information about them i recieved was 7826 Eastern Ave Washington DC 206-923-9062 website: nationalloans.com
