During the internet process they asked me if I wanted to upgrade which wasn't clear and very vague. It automatically doubled my order and didn't allow me to review and give my final approval before final billing process. The final bill was 4 times the amount I orignally approved. I called the 800 number only to wait for over 15 minutes without a customer serverice rep. Coming on the line. This company is a scam and they should re-emburse all the customers they have cheated.
