They contacted me and informed me with my finnical situation more the quified for the program - HAMP and would be the best way to help me in my sistuation. I told them I could not pay them as I can barely pay my house payment at this time and was advised NOT to pay my mortage while this was behinning settled and therefor pay them. I did so and thought of them as professional. As I found out, I was rejected and also was DELEATED form there phone and they will not anwer any e-mails.
I realize now this is a very very wrong situation but please help me
what I can do to change this. I am 2 months from be out of my house I have lived in and worked hard for for alomst 7 years. I have not dothing to deserve it and am at me wits end.
