I bought 3 of their modern-looking, stainless steel thermos bottles. All 3 bottles developed rusty holes and have to be discarded even though the glass-lining is still perfect. The company claims that the defect is my fault for washing the thermos bottles and getting them wet. This is why they rusted they say.
