Dear...,

We would like to provide additional detailed explanations on the procedure and steps that need to be taken in order for you to be further considered for the job.

It is pertinent for us to state that your job process is fully legal and it is done in accordance with all laws and rules of the EU hiring legislation. All this is possible and feasible for you, on condition that you follow our guidance and advice.

The most important points of the process are as follows:

1. There is an employer interested in your application and you are considered for the following job:

Title: Healthcare attendant

Work Setting: Heathcare centre

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent position

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Contract length: 2 years, option for renewal for 3 then 5 years

Salary per Month: 2 220 Euro, converts to 133 135 Philippine pesos / it will allow you to support family members who have accompanied you to Europe /

Work load per week: 40 hours

Notes: 5 working days per week and 2 consecutive days off. Overtime is possible and it is paid separately.

Benefits by the employer:

- Accommodation within walking distance of the work place / can be shared by your family at no additional cost/

- Meals during work time

- Full Medical Insurance, Retirement Plan

- Plane ticket and visa fees coverage

Other Information: Work in a unique and rewarding team environment, focusing on quality of patient care. You are personable, professional and provide great customer service.

Your chances for the job are estimated as excellent on condition that you prepare and submit the full application set within the deadline. Your chance is minimized to 0% if you do not meet the deadline / read the letter further to get information on your deadline /.

2. The employer needs the following documents from you:

- your application subscription number from European immigration department; work immigration form; cover letter

You also need to apply your European resume together with the other documents.

You are responsible to secure ALL of these documents.

The application subscription number would help the employer in the process of legally employing you - as you would already be registered in the lists, the employer will be able to just go in the foreign job office, point your number and state that he/she would like to hire exactly you. This makes the procedure very simple and completely legal and will also help the employer to present proofs to the authorities why he/she prefers to hire a foreign employee.

Attention: Passport is not a mandatory requirement at this stage, it shall be required later in the process / approximately after one and a half months later/. Now, it is best to concentrate on the preparation of the above-mentioned 4 documents which are of immediate need.

3. Deadlines – your deadline is 29th August

It means that your application documents need to be entirely prepared and travelling towards the employer's end PRIOR that date. Once deadline is missed we cancel the job altogether and our policy is not to provide second job or employer in such a case.

We realize that the deadline is extremely short but it is completely possible and achievable to fit in it if you adhere to our guidance and advice.

Deadline extensions are not recommended because the deadline was set by your employer and it is best to be disciplined and responsible regarding it.

4. Recommendation the preparation of the documents –

Considering the extremely short deadlines for the application requirements preparation, we recommend you to use the specialized preparation services of the Quality Sevice. They have been successfully used by many applicants from your country. They are a European-based company aware of all European standards about such requirements. They can prepare for you all application documents in only 1 work day.

Contacts of the Quality Service. Are:

Email: [email protected]

YAHOO-messenger: prepoint1

Skype: prepoint1

We strongly recommend and advise you to contact them and immediately coordinate for 1 day application set preparation. They charge minimal fee / only 2 020 philippines pesos / and prepare all documents in accordance with the current European standards.

We understand that payment of a fee, even minimal one, might stop you but we still would advise you to contact the company, inquire about their services relevant for your case and estimate for yourself if you can seek resources to pursue this application in accordance to our recommendation.

This will be the only fee covered by you in this application process - using paid service will ensure that you have all required items within the deadlines. All other expenses as plane ticket and visa fees are covered by your potential employer.

Our previous applicants have used their service and remained satisfied with the service quality and speed. Moreover, most of these applicants are already successfully working in Europe.

Stapes of the procedure:

1st Stape – securing the application requirements and posting them to the employer in Ireland. DEADLINE CLOSING is 29th August

2nd Stape - The employer gets your documents and prepares formal job offer and sends the formal job offer to you.

3rd Stape – You deposit the formal job offer in the embassy and receive your work permit and work visa

4th Stape - You arrive in Europe where one of your future co-workers and a representative of our organization will meet you at the airport.

5th Stape - Start of your new job and life in Ireland with your family.

You are at step 1/ at present.

Work visa comes at step 3/ (most of our applicants ask when the visa will be issued, it is issued at step 3/)

We would like to also clarify that your family can legally join you at the time of your departure for Ireland or later at their convenience.

Note: POEA friendly process

We have informed POEA about our procedures and they have confirmed that our process is fully legal and is in accordance with their rules as well. According to POEA the process has to lead you to work permit, work contract and work visa and this is exactly the purpose of the entire application process.

Please do not hesitate to contact us in case you have questions.

Yours sincerely
