My son tryed the 30 day trial while me and my girlfreind where asleep and entered our bank details as what he thought was a formality and when he told us in the morning it was deleted from the system as soon as possible but definetly before 30 days infact probly in the first ten any way my computewr has since been formatted and my girlfreind noticed this morning that aol hav taken money not once but twice adding up to a total of £105 two months down the line this is alot of money to us as she has two young girls and i have the affore mentioned 13 year old. What can i do it was canceled properly but aol still have taken money that they had no right to! I went through every process as directed
