Received a phone call from David Foyle to tell me I won 650,000.00 in the Publisher Clearing House sweepstakes. Fedex was to deliver it on Mon. The 29th from Lloyds of London. I got a call today (29th) from customs in Texas. He said I had to pay $3,250.00 for the international delivery and then they would release the package. David Foyle did not answer my return call at (Personal Information Removed) or 888-843-5044.
