I was on the internet and I came across this company called Closeout direct. I called them and talked with a Joe Riley. I ordered some turquoise pandora bracelets. I ordered 25 of the bracelets and I never received them. I called and talked with Joe again and he told me to check to see if the money were taken from my credit card. I called my bank and on July 17 the money had been taken from my credit card. It is August 26, and I still have not received my merchandise or a refund to my credit card
