I bought aprepaid visacard to pay a cable bill but it was declined. I tried 8different times then itried to withdraw from an atm it was declined too. I called western union and they told me the money was nonrefundable and i cant withdraw from the atm. They dont have anywhere its written in their receipt the money is nonrefundable.
