I called the number provided on the packing slip to cancel my monthly order in May. Every since then, I am still billed 79.99 on my bank account. Yes they send me the product, but the product sucks. I tried going online to cancel, and it will not go through. I've tried calling numerous of times, only to be on hold so long until the call drops off. I've even tried disputing this with my bank, and they can't stop them unless I can provide them with information that I indeed canceled. How was I to have proof from over the phone.

Here's the big catcher, each month after I have cancelled, they debit my account with another name rather than leanspa, so when I call the number provided on the transaction, that company has no idea what I'm talking about, or who I am. I now have to close my bank account, and start with another establishment. The bank told me, even if I got another debit card, they can still get their money. This isn't right, I they need to be stopped.
