Marketing company offered to sell my timeshare. I entered into a contract for 12 months with all sorts of promises made (literature to be produced, personal access to company sales site, marketing materials, free holiday within 4 months if not sold etc..). Non of this has ever been honoured. The only thing I have is a half hearted attempt at a sales brochure that frankly my 10 year old could have pulled together - it was simply a cut and paste of the main resort centers borchures in the region that my timeshare is located - absolutely nothing on there about my property whatsoever. They also keep telling me that their sales website (where my property will be listed) is being maintained and thats why I havent been given my personal access user name and password. If as a seller I cannot see the site how the hell is any prospective buyer intended to see it!!
