Rented car via priceline for 2 days... Got there 5 hours late and was charged additional $140. This was never pointed out during rental agreement and was probably in the contract but contract was shredded and they would not give me another copy.
While this may be legal as I think many scamming websites use this technique by putting something on a page within their website and expecting yo9u to read it even tho9ugh it might have been deeply embedded in their site... It still is unethical and I a m really surprised a company as big as hertz would depend on this type of business
