Signed up for the antiwrinkle serum at a post and package cost then was charged twice in two months for product. What the hell I had already sent it back and now im being charged for something I have not got or need any more arrgghhh. Can someone shed some light as to how we get our monies back as dont even know the address and Im certainly not going to fund the costings of phoning from uk to america.
