We were moving house and decided to use a POD. They parked it out the front of our old house, we filled it, they picked it up a couple of days later, stored it for a week then dropped it off at the new house for us to unpack.
This took the stress out of moving. One company that did the entire process as opposed to dealing with removalists and storage companies.
The customer service is the best i have experienced in this type of field by a mile.in fact it is probably THE best customer experience i have had. I had to change things during the process and they were absolutely on the ball calling me back with updates and confirmation. The drivers were all extremely nice, polite and experienced.
I wish PODS the best of luck in their operation, i think it's a great idea and with great customer service it's a winner.
