Applied for a unsecured loan in the amount of $10000 for debt consolidation; was approved and NITRO said that Alliance Bank & Trust would transfer money into my bank account but charged me $1000 for a COT (Cost of Transfer) fee which I would not pay even though NITRO said they would pay $250 of the cost but wanted to be reimbursed after money was received; received email from the Express Courier Dispatchers who said they had the certified check in the amount of $10000 and would deliver check to me but delivery costs were: $1000 for a 24 hour delivery, $800 for a 48 hour delivery and $500 for a three day delivery. Foolishly, I paid $1000 sent through Western Union. Most recent email received from the British Inland Review Commission who want me to pay a tax as I am a non-British citizen. A Mr. Tony White called me yesterday, at my place of employment and demanded I pay the tax and threatened that they know where I live and work!!! I am financially strapped as I assumed I would have the loan to cover my debts as the purpose of my initial application was to consolidate my debts into one payment. They offered 3% finance charge.
