Hi my name is abtwnette kriek on the 26-01 i went and apply for my ID i sit for a whole day there so when i was finished with my finger prints i went to hand in my form and paid but the cashier didnt take the money but she took my form so i went back on the 17-03 to find out if my id is there the lady by the id colections say there didnt sand my papers through because i didnt pay she say i have to apply again i want to know whos fault is that please let me know
