I'd like suggestions about just how to tackle a scenario at the office regarding a co worker. I work-in a sizable retail cycle and certainly will not note the title for obvious reasons.
This co worker has accepted in my experience he's been purchasing our products on settlement, after which heading straight-across the road to Walmart and returning them due to their total retail value. Because Walmart doesn't need a bill for results and discounts, he's been creating a fortune doing this plus they evidently haven't been wise enough to capture onto what he is been doing. I understand this isn't illegitimate, but it's really dishonest and that I feel just like anything ought to be completed about this, but I don't wish to place my work in risk, or be referred to as a snitch.
Any advice could be appreciated.
