Rvice advance baggage service personal effects not shipped after payment has been received, since april

I paid Advance Baggage service to ship my personal effects, including 5 suits and very important agreements I signed at Shanghai, China from Gatwick Aiport in the United Kingdom to Accra, Ghana on April 29 and all effort to get my baggage shipped proved futile. On one occassion Advance baggage official by names Lora and Dave asked me to see their agent at Kotoka International in Accra, Ghana. I called their agent Allfrieght in Accra I was told by an official at their agent office in Accra that Advance Baggage is giving them alot of problems since Advance Baggage is in the habit of collecting passagers baggages and refusing to ship most of them to their final destination, so they are no more dealing with them. Several international phone calls has been made by me to officials in Advance and they promise to solve the problem and send me email, but non of their promises were honored. On two occassions one of the officials who received my item to be shipped by name Dave hanged up on me and said that there is nothing that he can do. Just this afternoon I called and one Lora picked and at the end of the telephone conversation said to me that there is nothing that she can do about my Baggage Shipment. I find their action unacceptable and in a way trying defraud me.

I am appealing to you to use your good office to save me from being ripof. Claims demanding for my lost or stolen item or personal effect is 5,000 including my airfares and hotel accommodation.
