I responded to a free offer of a wristwatch through Wal-Mart but I was asked to pay for the shipping. I thought that was a little odd since Wal-Mart never charges shipping for their freebies. Consequently I submitted my credit card number for the shipping. Now my credit card is being billed for $99.99 every month for additional watches.
