I ordered the trial offer and had 30 days to try, So on Sunday 6/5 I called to cancel and servives to cancel were down. After trying all day/night. So 1st thing 6/6 I called and spoke to Diane. I told her what had happened and what I wanted to do. She told me that the phone services were down that day I tryed to call, but she would call me back with in the hour. I had a Dr. S appt. So when I returned home I called again. This time I spoke to a supervisor whom was very rude and would not let me explain before hanging up on me. I have attemped several other times to call the company and they will not speak to me. Please Help!
