On or about August 8 I watched their sales pitch and decided I was not interested and clicked on "leave the page". Immediately there was a FREE 3 day trial offer so I decided to at least see what their program involved. I was asked for my credit card information with the note "IMPORTANT This transaction is for authorization only, your credit card will not be charged." On August 11 I was charged $97 dollars and after inquiry was told that $97 was charged automatically after the three day trial (every month). I have protested long and load, cancelled my false "membership". Asked to be refunded under their 180 Day Iron Clad Guarantee (for any reason under the Sun). No answer -no refund. And to top it off I was never sent information as how to log in and use the Free Three Trial to see what it was all about! I have print outs of all their information, forms, etc to support my claim. The next step is my credit card company.
