The promotion was supposed to be BOGO which never happened. They charged us for both bottles at 19.99 each. We were also charged 39.80 for p&h which was supposed to be 9.95. I have not received the product yet but when I do I want to send it back for a full refund. I am nervous I will not be refunded since I was on hold for a representative in the C.S. Dept. That never picked up.
