Advertising for the services of this company are cleverly done, but not up front.
They clearly state Post Resumes on up to 90 job sites instantly. They do not tell you there is a fee unless you go to the features screen or the FAQ. After spending 30-45 minutes entering the information you end up at the screen requesting payment of $59.95. The sites they post to are free and they charge you $59.95 to do it for you. Which might be worth the saving in time as you could spend over 40-60 hours posting to all ot these sites. But it does not apply for specific jobs. When I first read it I thought this is great, 90 sites what a time savings. To add insult to injury when I called customer service I was told to leave a message. I then went to their contact site and attempted to use that site to communicate. It asked me to post a code that it claimed was displayed on the right. Yes, no code was displayed and there was not an entry box if there was. So then I went to the live chat site and was connected. The person said that the site appeared to be working, which it was not and went on using canned responses to my questions. She said it did not say free and I said it did not say fee either and it would have been nice to know without having to view the FAQ or Features screen that there was a fee of $59.95 to post instantly. I feel it is misleading and deceptive. Obviously there ad team and legal team got together to see what they could and could not say and still get people to enter the info. Then you are told there is a cost to do this for you, even though these sites do not charge them, but your time is money. Yes, it is and that should be up front that it is a fee based service not hidden a couple of screens away that I could see before wasting the time to fill out the form (30-45 minutes). Tech logged off chat before we had come to a satisfactory resolution of issues.
