I really need some help here. For some reason I cannot activate MS Office Pro 2011 (2-nd PC, 3 PC users) over the internet or by phone (purchase invoice #5011 on 3/3, downloaded on line). One of chat-on-line guys email me a new activation key (P6JK9-X3P4V-W6CYT-7F4WR-JPTG4), but now, after uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling back on, I couldn’t reach that point, because the key is invalid! And now Live-chat is a pay service!..
I am sick and tired the way like I am treated for an program like I paid for. I do remember having problems to register my first time as well. My only solution to this is to send a CD/DVD with a valid activation key for 3 users. This is my first experience, and last one, when I will buy a downloaded program. Promise.
