In July I was emailed by Kim L. Paul who claimed to have terminal cancer, as I am a medical researcher who helps cancer patients. She said that she had a $10,000, 000 dollar trust in a British bank and that she would like me to become the trustee of the fund so that I can help cancer patients. She said that she had given her lawyer, Kenny Brown, 2,500 British pounds to arrange for me to become the trustee. Brown then emails me and says that he is processing me through the London courts and that I will be allowed to spend 30% personally. A few days later he says
that one more final transaction is being requested by the court which will require an additional 1,200 brtish pounds ($2,200.00 US). He then sends me a "Sworn Affidait / Decaration of Oath" from the "Ministry of Justce", Birmingham Crown Court, which also stated that the original copy will be released when, payment is completed. Although colorfull, the document had some flaws. Meanwhile, just before Mrs. Paul went into a coma she pleaded with me to conclude the deal with her lawyer. Her situation seemed so trajic and the amount was not all that much, I foolishly decided to send the 1200 pound. The next day Brown sends an email saying that the judge said that the "Affidavit Authentification Authority to Pay" will cost an additionaL 2,370 pounds and was due immediately which Brown said was in line with the laws of the United Kingdom. He said that after I pay he will be sending me detailed contact information of the bank who will contact me for my claim. I told Brown that before I pay I will want the detailed contact infdormation of the bank. I am awaiting his response which I asume will be another fraudulent document.
