I checked my credt card account and found this fraudulant charge. I phoned 800-882-6119. Was told that they would credit my account within 48 hrs. Sent an e-mail on Aug 5th. Got no answer to my request to have the charge cancelled. Phoned Aug. 8th and was told again that the charge would be reversed. No action. Phoned again today (Aug. 10). Again told I would have my credit in 24hrs. I have never heard of this company and have not ordered anything from the USA in the last 5 years.
