I foolishly started with what was supposed to be a free reading. As I progressed thru their required questions, I discovered I was to be charged $12.00/month. I ended the query, and certainly DID NOT give authorization for any charges. I truly hope you will rectify this problem; just in case not, I am still calling my charge card. I do not like being cheated like this.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. You are asking for damages - I am only interested in receiving a refund on my card of $25.50. You wouldn't let me add another date of 8/3, which was the 2nd charge. And no where do I see what your terms/conditions are! If another charge for this complaint - forget it and cancel this request.
