I went online to order the slice-o-matic as seen on tv. I was supposed to get a second one free with the additional handling charge for the second one.
Even though I was quite careful in filling out the forms, I ended up paying for 2, maybe even getting 4 instead of the two. So, what started out being $19.99 ended up costing over $60.00.
I expected to be able to check the order before submitting but was not given the opportunity. I only saw the total bill AFTER everything was submitted. I would like to cancel this order immediately but do not know how to do so. Any advice??
