Not really sure how it happened, but, within a month my credit card was charged by MedCHelp.com and HDConcepts for 49.95 and 69.95 respectively. If you go to MedCHelp.com and speak to a customer service rep, they can tell you the IP address of the computer used to create the account. I plan on seeing where that info gets me. It's kinda scary because they had my home address and my wife's email address. Fortunately, my credit card company has reversed the charges and I won't be stuck with them.
I'll give an update after I've researched where the IP address gets me.
