Deducted money from checking without permission

On March 11 I noticed that $139 had been deducted from my checking account. I never authorized this and want my money back.

I called the 800 number and I was told by a man that I would be put on a refund list and would receive a check in 15 - 20 days.

Now I see that it is happening to other people and this company needs to be stopped and prosecuted.
