I ordered the Slap Chop with Graty - Food Chopping Machine but when it arrived there was no Graty, only a form to fill out and send for it but extra shipping cost applied. This is a rip off, if you order two items you expect them both to arrive together, not to still have to send away and pay extra costs for the second item.
