I bought an extended warranty on my toyota truck, when my transmission went out they said they would send a representive to check it out. Then they told me it was my fault the transmission went out and that they would not pay for something being my fault. I waited and waited for someone to call and let me know what was going on they never called then they said the shop owner would have to call, so i had the shop owner to call they gave to shop owner the run around. We have sent them certifed mail and nothing gets signed for they won't pick anything or call back so you get no where. I finally had to go get a loan for the amount to get my truck fixed, 8 weeks and 4700.00 dollars later i finally got my truck back but they did nothing but take my money they were real good about that, they never missed taking a payment out of my account. They are the biggest scammers i have every heard of, it is so wrong to do the public this way. I have a job that requires me to have a truck so that was my way of making a living, i have two childern and a disabled husband these people depend on me, and i am not a rich person so this was something that really put some hard times on me, so i would like to see these people have to pay back everything that they have taken from other folks and me too. I hope this goes somewhere and maybe we will get our money back, thank you Janice Eads
