We had whole house carpeting installed by Lowes about 5 years ago. Buckeling occured about 2 1/2 years into the warranty and they did in fact fix the problem at that time. At this time more buckeling in several areas has again occured but Lowes now says that this is just "the nature of the beast" and that all carpeting regardless of price will buckle. My warranty states that problems arising from the installation will repaired at no cost for the life of the carpet, with 25yrs being the stated life.
