When I saw theschool on line it guarenteed me that it not only tought you how to remove tattoo's it also showed you the bussiness end to the point you will be able to open your own clinic. On the last day we were suppose to each guareenteed 10 actual tattoo's to remove or money back. And we were suppose to go over the busniess end of the class. Through out the class I wanted to know how where we going to fit this in. Then toward the end of the day Ryan himself just came out and said "Oh, were not going to go over that we don't have time we all will have a 1 or 2 hour phone consultantion and he would e-mail the papers we were going to go over. I right there let him know I came to this perticular class because of the finance 101. (they also guarenteed no one leaves unsatisfied) He gave me a look like he was discussed with me. The school meaning Lynette and Ryan also said they consult you all along the way so the class does not end here. I also was expecting to receive my certificates when the class was over. Well I got home immediately started to look at machines. Being confussed because we NEVER went over the business end I e-mailed different types of machines and prices. No got in touch witth me. I spoke with Ryan 1st to ask about the attachments and then I was going to ask about the e-mails but he said he was so busy so i figured he would get to the e-mails. He didn't reply and I don't want to hear how busy he was because he didn't delay taking my payment. But I did wait. Finally i got tired of calling and e-mailing. I wondered if I got scammed, I was just about sure I was. So I e-mailed saying so. The only e-mail was a nasty one from Ryan. Telling me how they weren't going to send my certificates. They had me crying, getting sick, and begging. I have every e-mail sent and received. I did contact BBB and went thru the writing to them and following up tp find out they aren't listed. I actually called crying couldn't even talk. Lynette did respond to that phone call because I left that on the receptionist phone. They blocked my e-mails and won't answer thier phones. I have been calling to find out about a test I suppose to of taken and passed. Also I wanted to find out about insurance. They also said they would get us machines cheap. I have this in writing.
