Recently we have to face lost of problems with Regus UK due to their overnight over billings which we found, and other services like additional accounts they create on our behalf without we knowing, even we have been informed we had experienced this now.
After one year of service, overnight they has bring up extra bill saying that we have additional mail box opened for the same name same company at the same center, this is unbeliabvable! Who open same services at same center, are you? When we try to speak to center managers they have ignored all calls, never retuerned any one of them. There was no solutions except moving away from this scamming company.
This is only one, there are many situations we have to face over billing problems, example Regus Germany Hamburg, and more other 12 centers. If anyone want to take this is to court we are with them. This is has to end one day.
