I have not yet sent it in so i googled it and found a cort report
from florida
from 1999
i live in oklahoma
can i sue for mental angwish (since its a diffrent state)
i feel my hope was shot down for an operation to fix my spine
so i can finally drive without a neck brace
iam on s.S.D. For 4 years with a form of degenitive (Inappropriate Content Removed) disese
