Signed up with ADT Alarm Services and was offered this Star Rebate Program to help pay for the monthly alarm fee. I have paid the entry dues and have followed all instructions. I was paid out the first two months and then after October the rebate credits stop coming. I am out $400.
I have emailed the company several times and I get the "same exact wording response" that they are behind on their pending requests and to be patient. I believe after 10 months waiting, that they are just scamming people.
I have requested to speak to someone in person, but have not received a call yet. This is so wrong and action needs to be taken.
