Lipofuse brags a 100% lifetime money back garantee, but they require a merchandise return auth # before they will accept your returned item and refund your money. I purchased their product and was unhappy with it it so I decided to utilize their lifetime money back garantee and i e-mailed them with my complaints and requested my money back. They e-mailed me and asked for information from me such as the ID # on my order and whether or not I wanted to try another product they make instead. I sent them the information they asked and told them I was't interested in their other product, I just wanted the return # so I could send back the remaining product and get my money back. They have not returned my e-mail. I have sent them several e-mails asking why they won't e-mail me back with the #, or why theyare refusing to honor their garantee. They are choosing to ignore me and it has been a month now since. I believe they are choosing to not honor their garantee.
