After seeing this reported on Good Morning America I contacted them concerning this matter. I opted for the one time charge of 9.73 instead of the ongoing charges. This company has been taking 19.95 from my checking account every month since then and will not answer my calls or E-mails. This has caused problems with my bank and checking account. Would like to get this problem taking care of and let people know so that they do not have the same problem.
