They advertised pomeranian puppies free except for shipping charges of $160 each. Paid by Walmart Money Gram. No Puppies no money back. I was asked to send another Money Gram to International Pet Transport in the amount of $1,180.00 for insurance that would be refund when I got the puppies. I didn't have that kind of money so when I told the agency that, he hung up on me after he had called me 6 times trying to get the money. Needless to say, I don't have the puppies and I don't have the $320.00 back.
