I got an email saying that I won 1 million dollars in an automated lottery draft that Yahoo had put in for me for being a customer. They asked me for some information about myself, which was my name, country of origin, present address, postal code, date of birth, occupation, gender, phone number, fax number and marital status. That was it. They had me email that info to an email address, office lottery [email protected]. I sent them the info, but when I found out it was a sham, which was about 30 minutes later, I emailed them again with a threatening email. I am not going to get into the specifics of that email, but let's just say I let them have it.
The coordinator's name was Kane Iva, which I caught right away is another name for "caniva," which means scammer.
