I had the same experience as most people posting and was deceptively led to enter my cc info before I could start bidding and charged $99.00. I have called customer service and the number is out of service. I have emailed half a dozen times and told I will be receiving an email with refund instructions, but no email ever received. When I click the link to check the status of my complaint, it says its closed... So obviously the company's front for a customer service dept is a SCAM. If this company was legit, they would have a real customer service dept. Stay away from this company!!!
