I applied for a loan online and was rejected. I did not apply to this company at all but then i have had money taken out of my account and i can not trace them to request my money back or to find out why they took money from me. I am in financial dificulty thus tryining to get a loan and the last thing i need is the little money i have being taken without my knowlege or permission. I am now worse off as i can not pay my bill... Please help
