I viewed a site regarding a dell laptop. Thinking that because it was dell, i felt that it was good. Oh boy, i called their 800 no., and was unable to cancel, that was mon 07-25-11. This phone call to cancel was 5 days after first contact, according to their site i had to cancel within 8 days of first contact. Now they charging 78.00, FOR WHAT!
